Cycle spot welding and welding from four basic stages (spot welding process):
(1) the pre-pressure phase - the electrode is dropped to the current which is connected phase, and the electrode is pressed for the workpiece, so that the workpiece is appropriately pressed.
(2) welding time - the welding current passing through the workpiece and producing heat to form the molten core.
(3) the maintenance time - cutting off the welding current, the electrode pressure continues to be maintained until the melted core is solidified to enough strength.
(4) the rest of the time - the electrode is beginning to lift the electrode again and begins to fall again, starting the next welding cycle.
